If you are not satisfied with the order and you would like to return, you have several options:
1. You can return for a store credit of the full amount including shipping and an additional 10% as our gift to you. Store credits never expire and they make great gifts!
2. You can exchange for another item.
3. You can return for a refund of what you paid minus shipping and $5 restocking fee (per item).
It may take up to 10 days after we receive the return to check it into our system. However, we can process an exchange or store credit immediately if you send a picture of the item in new condition and the return tracking number.
If you choose a refund, you will need to wait until the item is inspected and checked in to our system.

The product must be in brand new condition to receive a refund. If it is in less than new condition, we will process a store credit for the amount it is worth.
Also, be sure to print and fill out the Returns Form. Below is a link you can download the form from and ship it along with the returned item/s.
